What if a dream could transform an entire nation?
On April 26th at 1 PM UTC, hearts from across the world beat as one in the Korean Dream Study Series – Learning Circle 1, hosted by Global Peace Women.
It wasn’t just a meeting — it was a gathering of visionaries, led by hope and courage.
The session was graced by President Hanako Ikeno of Global Peace Women, whose unwavering belief in peace-building reminded us all why we dream in the first place.
Alongside her, Risa Perea — founder of “Imagine Your Korean Dream” and an alumna of the Global Peace Women Leadership Academy — shared her journey of volunteering across borders since 2015, carrying the light of service, education, and women’s empowerment wherever she goes.
But the true stars of the day were the visionary leaders who answered the call of vision:
From Nigeria, Muniratu and Aisha,
From Bangladesh and Indonesia, Tahmina,
From Uganda, Jalia,
From Cameroon, Linnes,
From Kenya, Everline,
From Nepal and India, Sristika.
Each leader brought a living piece of their nation’s soul — sharing philosophies and dreams that have sparked movements, toppled barriers, and ignited change across generations.
Together, we explored a profound truth:
A nation’s true transformation begins not in its streets, but in its vision. In the values that bind its people. In the dream that refuses to die.
We remembered the timeless belief that “all men are created equal, endowed by their Creator with unalienable rights”, and realized again — every voice matters. Every dream matters.
And when dreams are united under a common vision, the impossible becomes inevitable.
This was not just a study circle.
It was the planting of seeds that will grow into forests of peace.
It was the first step in a movement that will one day reshape our world.
