On March 13, 2025, at the Villa Morra Suites Hotel, Área Mujer (a collaborative program between Global Peace Foundation and Global Peace Women Paraguay) hosted a meaningful celebration in honor of International Women’s Day 2025. Under the theme “Women in All Their Diversity: Right, Equality, and Empowerment,” women participants gathered for an enriching conversation featuring distinguished speakers who explored progress, challenges, and future perspectives in the ongoing journey towards gender equality.
The event offered a valuable space for dialogue, where participants shared stories, reflections, and ideas. Together, the community identified ways to continue promoting leadership and empowerment for women in all their diversity.
The day’s celebrations closed with the participants celebrating the strength, courage, and resilience of women, honoring those who have made history and those who continue to transform the world today.
